Keep an eye out for Limited Edition Essentials such as Labradoodle Dogs, Cupid’s Temptation Lingerie, and Zbook Air Laptop, save favor points to purchase these.

Keep in mind that there are time limits on speciality properties such as the Beauty Bar and Naked Yoga Studio, every time you buy one, the required posse members rises (which is why you should purchase then add new posse members)

You also get favor points every other level. And when you level go right to stats, I recommend placing more points in the ENERGY section so you can do more jobs with guaranteed popularity points.

Lately the bank has been deleting my deposits so I am just buying properties.  I am also not showing my RARE items, but they are available for fights/showdowns.
